It is very important to have S.M.A.R.T. objectives so that the objectives are practical and achievable and are not based on something which is hypothetical or totally imaginable (Topachievement.com, 2016). The management is divided into five departments out of which one department is related to external partnership. The departments are Finance and administration, sales and marketing, management specialist consultant, human resource and information technology (external partnership). They would be explained about the organisational structure, job responsibilities and general guidelines of their seniors as well as the juniors. The managers would be strictly directed to manage the diversity properly and make the good use out of the talent and diverse ideas. The company would promote workplace diversity and would also try to enhance the cross cultural knowledge of the employees. The company would also formulate code of ethics and would arrange for annual sessions that would be aimed at increasing the ethical awareness of the employees.
